Login

Scrypt is ‘super-secure’. We use two-factor authentication for login to Scrypt that requires the user to have a valid username, password plus a mobile device to send an SMS with a unique PIN for access. The site will only be accessible using https:// with 256-bit SSL Certification with 2048-bit private keys.

Search Documents

Documents can be stored in three levels of custom folder that can be renamed, moved and deleted. There are two types of search. In both cases, the search results are shown in folders for speedy access and can be filtered by dates:

• Simple search. This is a quick simple search that looks for standard information including all the ‘meta data’ surrounding the document.
• Full Content Search. Much more powerful content search whereby the user can select specific dates to uncover the full content of the stored document.

View Documents

Users can print single or multiple documents to local or network printer. They can export single or multiple documents to TIFF or PDF or export documents to an Sfax account (if user has subscribed) for faxing out. Single or multiple documents can be moved to a new or existing folder. Single or multiple documents can also be marked for deletion. These files will be accessed through a ‘Deleted Files’ link in the footer where they can be permanently deleted.

Uploading Documents

Documents can be uploaded into the Scrypt Archive from a local machine or network drives. The documents are converted into file formats that enable fast viewing and searching. Additional ‘meta data’ can be added to the uploaded document.
