Our Offsite document scanning service is fast, easy and secure. Scrypting bulk scanning services can turn your paper files into fully text searchable electronic documents while saving space and complying with your document retention policies.

Our Offsite scanning is great if you have lots of documents to scan and can let them go off site for digitization. We’ll supply the boxes and arrange for them to be securely shipped by a trusted courier to our Scanning Center. Our specialist team will securely scan your documents into your Scrypt Archive and then ship back to you, store them safely on your behalf or organize for them to be securely shredded.

Two-way shipping

The price of your order includes shipping to and from our secure processing facility. Our Scrypt team organize all the shipping requirements. For no additional charge we can also securely shred your documents after they are digitized instead of returning them to you – the choice is yours. Prior to shredding, all physical documents are stored in our facility for an agreed period after scanning in case you change your mind and want them shipped back to you.

You can send us as little as a single box of paper to begin, and Scrypt will scan additional boxes of documents when it works for you.
